If u want cheapest go for the local one, and if money is not an issue for you then u should subscribe for airtel dth. I personally believe it is the best in the country.
You might choose tata sky, that's not bad either, but i would strictly suggest you not to go for the other dth providers as their quality is not of that level.

Also i have heard (not sure) that tata sky provides the best hd channel's service. So decide as per your own preference.

As far as cable is concern you have to depend on what MSO or LCO is available in you locality

I practically do not use video consoles. I really like Indian films, and new films are rarely shown. Therefore, I download free Bollywood movies on one of the sites https://www.ratrating.com/tops/movies/free-movies-download/in and I can watch them in excellent quality.
